Job Title: AI Marketing Manager

Position Overview
Gravity is looking for an AI Marketing Manager who’s ready to put artificial intelligence to work — not just talk about it. This is a builder’s role, not a research post. You’ll lead the charge in embedding AI across the marketing function, helping us scale content creation, automate workflows, and launch digital workers that keep our team ahead of the curve.
You’ll test, implement, and optimize cutting-edge AI tools that support everything from outbound prospecting to lead nurturing. If you’re excited about turning promise into practice — writing scripts, building automations, and enabling others with AI — this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities
AI Strategy & Execution

Evaluate and deploy AI tools for content creation, personalization, segmentation, lead nurturing, and outbound prospecting

Maintain and optimize our AI stack to ensure high ROI and seamless marketing operations

Build lightweight automations using APIs, low/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier), and ChatGPT plugins
Script Writing & Automation

Write simple Python scripts or prototypes to support digital worker automation

Partner with marketers to identify repetitive processes and build AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual tasks
Performance & Enablement

Define and track efficiency KPIs: content velocity, automation coverage, cost savings, pipeline contribution

Create clear documentation and train marketing team members to confidently adopt AI tools and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Required

Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong interest in marketing and technical problem-solving

Hands-on experimentation with AI tools like ChatGPT; comfort with prompt engineering and automation concepts

Analytical thinker with a builder’s mindset and a drive to figure things out

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex tools in simple terms
Preferred

Experience or familiarity with Python scripting

Exposure to APIs, vector databases, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n

Prior experience (or academic coursework) in B2B marketing, growth, or martech
