Job Title:  Manager of Enterprise Solutions
Location: Miami (Hybrid onsite, 1 day a week on average)

Position Overview: The Manager of Enterprise Solutions manages a multi-disciplinary team to develop custom solutions. This role will assess projects with a product development perspective to determine requirements and technology necessary to meet the need. This role will assign tasks to direct reports, manage workloads, determine timelines, and serve as an escalation point. This position also serves as a technical lead and works alongside the rest of the ES team to accomplish tasks and project work when needed. This role works directly with department leaders and stakeholders to understand complex business needs to design product-based solutions. The incumbent may assist and act in a confidential capacity to help manage, formulate, determine, and effectuate management processes and polices. The incumbent may attend management meetings and may be involved directly or indirectly in the decision-making process around confidential management decisions. Position requires exercise of independent judgment.
Responsible for Enterprise Solution (ES) project resource management. This responsibility includes attending project meetings, assessing product requirements, determining tasks and scope, coordinating with PMO, and assigning project work to the ES team members. Issue escalation and resolutions for product support. This role manages support for products during development, pilot, and proof of concept phases. This role serves as an escalation point for issues that need guidance or decision making from ES team members. This includes ensuring the team achieves milestones related to development timelines. Internal product design and implementation. This role works with other IT teams, vendors, internal departments, and outside entities to determine design requirements and select the right solution path to meet the needs of the organization stakeholders. This involves using technical design approaches and collaboration to find the ideal solution path for success. This role is responsible for meeting KPI/ROI metrics for solutions the ES team implements. As a member of the leadership team, this role will communicate integration strategy to other teams and departments. This role will assess current state and determine suggested approaches to best implement/migrate/design solutions for JHS projects and initiatives. Responsible for administrative duties such as work schedules, timesheets, paid leave requests, and project coverage. This role serves as a member of IT Change Management. These duties include approving team member changes, ensuring compliance with change management policy, and providing ES validation and approval for IT changes submitted by other teams. Responsive to emails and calls/texts within a reasonable amount of time. Is attentive to ongoing issues or questions and replies consistently. Ensures team members are replying and following up on correspondence. Take the initiative to intervene in issues that may arise. Works proactively to ensure department best practices are followed. Intervenes when observing improper procedures or practices. Designs and develops solutions, provides back up technical support to the ES team, and works support issues as needed. Role models behaviors of service excellence and CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Expertise). Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Generally, requires 5 to 7 years of related experience.
  • Experience in application development, service-oriented architecture, or related experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytic abilities are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform as a team leader/member.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and be able to articulate reasoning for said decisions.
  • Strong customer service orientation in all interactions as well as exceptions exercise of independent judgment
