The Agent/Project Coordinator position is responsible for coordinating projects that support the International business. This position is a key contributor to the success of both internal and external international teams.

  • Coordinate on-going projects including but not limited to:
    • Non-Merch Process (forecasting, destruction, SOQ, BPO, mode of transport, etc)
    • IPS Audit Process for all International vendors
    • Printer Qualification – Travel Retail & Local Market stores
    • 3D local production – providing specs and managing approvals from partners
    • Purchase Order management
  • On-going communication with International partners
  • Financial accountability to International team
  • Represent International in key project meetings to gain insight on strategy and ask questions
  • Build & maintain timelines and budgets for all projects
  • Build & maintain budgets for all projects
  • Build relationships across teams & departments
  • Attend international partner meetings to communicate and answer questions
  • Troubleshoot projects in jeopardy to expedite completion through collaboration with team
  • Provide written communication to international partners regarding project summary, deadlines, costs, etc.
  • Conduct weekly status meetings with International Team


  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management related position, previous retail, store operations and/or international shipping experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Powerpoint + SmartSheet
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Team player
  • Positive, cooperative with a “can do” attitude
  • Fast thinking and fast acting
  • Ability to work in high stress- tight deadline environment
