Job Title: Implementation Project Manager

Position Overview: Gravity IT Resources is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to join our client’s growing team. The Implementation Project Manager contributes to the implementation of our client’s products and services by coordinating and delivering various implementation tasks and projects, facilitating, and ensuring effective communication between new customers and the client, and gathering, analyzing, and reporting information from new customers and the client.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Manage multiple complex implementation projects simultaneously

  • Develop new, follow existing and/or revise complex project plans
  • Create complex, customized customer accounts in the client’s system
  • Train customers via online conference tools to use, interpret, and configure system settings
  • Complete projects within strict deadlines
  • Frequently participate in onsite installs

Facilitate and ensure effective communication between new customers and the client

  • Coordinate complex communication between new customers and the client’s departments
  • Prepare thorough communication for the implementation team members for the on site installation
  • Continually listen to and interpret customer’s needs and desires from the client
  • Coordinate with other departments to find solutions to customer’s needs and communicate necessary customer information

Gather, analyze and report information from new customers and the client

  • Extensively utilize various project management software
  • Complete complex implementation reports for internal and external purposes
  • Analyze gathered data to make long term recommendations to customers

Other duties as assigned

  • Participate in projects assigned by manager
  • Maintain and follow ISO standards
  • Seek out and complete appropriate training, development and research
  • Knowledge of department processes
  • Support the mission and goals of the company

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of professional experience – Requires

Experience Requirements
3+ Years of Project Manager related roles – Required
3+ Years of MS Office – Required
1+ Years of Project Management Software experience – Preferred
1+ Years of professional experience training or presenting – Preferred

Other Requirements
Valid Driver’s License 
Anticipated Travel 25%
