Job Title: QA Lead
Location: Utah
Job-Type: Contract
Salary Range: 100K – 135K
Referral Fee: $1,000

Position Overview:
Gravity IT is seeking a QA Lead to work with one of its key clients in support of many different applications and initiatives. In this role you will be an individual contributor in the Software QA space and will provide guidance to team members on best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide guidance on acceptance criteria across a variety of platforms and applications.
- Ensure that acceptance criteria are being met.
- Develop and execute test plans
- Develop and execute automated test scripts
- Craft quality test data sets
Required Experience & Skills:
- Must be a self-starter
- Experience developing Test Plans
- Experience working in a Manual Testing environment
- Experience developing and ensuring Acceptance Criteria
- Automated Testing experience ( preferably Cypress )
- SQL Skills
- Crafting of a quality test data set
- Persona based testing experience
Nice to Have Experience:
- Experience doing code reviews of automation stories is a plus
- PM or BA skills (not required)
