In this role you will be responsible for:
• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement • Manage Maintenance and Buildings and Grounds • Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements • Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow • Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products • Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems • Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations • Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports

Requirements for this role include:
• Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering required • 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering preferred • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery • Strong CAD experience (Solid Works) and proficient in Microsoft Office Programs • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong organization and management skills • High level of technical expertise • Strong analytical thinker • Experience in design and fabrication of sheet metal, assembly lines preferred • Basic understanding of mechanical assemblies and electrical assemblies • Ability to solve problems using critical thinking and planned experimentation • Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing (TPS) a plus • Knowledge of commercial foodservice equipment preferred
