Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Type: 6-12 Months Contract to Hire
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Hybrid Onsite 3 Days a Week)
Required Work Authorization: USC/GC Holder

Position Overview: The Salesforce Developer will play a pivotal role in supporting Sales Operations, Marketing, and Modern Retail initiatives at Gravity’s client. With a focus on upselling warranties around Toyota vehicles in the Southeast United States, the Salesforce Developer will collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and other team members to enhance the Salesforce platform’s capabilities. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, particularly in the Sales Cloud environment, to support Sales Operations, Marketing, and Modern Retail initiatives.
  • Utilize APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design and implement custom functionalities and enhancements.
  • Drive integrations between Salesforce and other systems to streamline processes and improve data visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect and other team members to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively across multiple applications and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a strong business presence and actively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud.
  • Proficiency in APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is required.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds.
  • Humble attitude and team player mentality, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value and building sustainable solutions.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
