Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Clearwater, Florida (Hybrid 4 days a week)

OVERVIEW:  The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the success of campaigns across digital channels that include paid advertising, social media, and email. They will lead a team to coordinate and execute in these channels. This role focuses on using data-driven marketing strategies to optimize marketing ROI and achieve business objectives through these digital marketing channels. The Performance Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales qualified lead acquisition, increasing conversion rates, and maximizing marketing efficiency. 

The Performance Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in boosting performance. They are responsible for planning and executing email, social and paid advertising campaigns with a clear focus on achieving specific key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for email, social media and paid advertising as well as analyzing results.
  • Lead and manage team members responsible for executing email marketing, social media, and paid advertising tactics. Work with team members to measure success and identify improvement and testing opportunities.
  • Stay current with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies across digital marketing channels specifically email, social media and paid advertising.
  • Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics that include growth of sales qualified leads, increased website traffic and improved conversion.
  • Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers through email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Support the email team in optimizing the email schedule, maintaining, and improving database health and continuous improvement of results that align to team and business goals.
  • Support the social media team in optimizing the social posting schedule, identifying new opportunities, and monitoring results that align to team and business goals.
  • Support paid advertising include social media advertising and Google advertising in running A/B tests, optimizing campaigns and monitoring results that align to team and business goals.
  • Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently with a focus on ROI.
  • Work with marketing technology team to ensure campaigns across all channels are consistent and aligned.
  • Identify and test new digital marketing channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
  • Other duties as directed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or similar related experience.
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing channels that include email, social media (organic and advertising) and Google advertising.
  • Experience with HubSpot as a marketing tool preferred.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while still delivering excellent results.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills and excel in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to think differently, innovate, and generate new solutions to problems.
  • Previous experience managing team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to simultaneously manage multiple complex projects.
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to interact with customers, partners, and team members in a professional manner.
