Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager to lead digital product deployment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing deployments, creating content, and working in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, as the role involves interfacing with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive interviews with corporate communications and operations teams to understand and document their needs.
  • Ask the right questions to staff and leaders to gain insights into the business’s requirements for the upcoming change.
  • Collaborate closely with different teams to articulate and document their needs.
  • Produce and create content tailored to business and team needs, including business policies, SOPs, training materials, FAQs, and reference guides.
  • Work with the guest service desk to ensure they are prepared to handle guest inquiries effectively.
  • Develop training content, such as PowerPoint presentations, to educate teams on the upcoming changes.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in public speaking and presenting in front of large groups.
  • Excellent requirement gathering skills, with the ability to ask the right questions and gather detailed information from staff and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.


  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Change Management) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in change management, project management, scrum master, or related roles.
  • Proven experience going through a full deployment and pushing products through production or to market.
  • Strong background in an Agile environment, including scrum, task management, iteration, backlog grooming, etc.
  • Hands-on experience creating documentation and content (candidates should provide samples).
  • Preferred, but not required: ProSci certification a
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Strong initiative, priority setting, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate multiple groups to achieve objectives.

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others on a team.
  • Proficient in use of Excel and PowerPoint. Atlassian Tool Suite a plus (Jira, Confluence), Ecommerce, digital products (such as websites and mobile apps)
