Location: Hybrid – 3 Days/Week onsite (Miami, Florida)

Job Description:
We are seeking an Operations, Business Process Improvement Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the department leader and play a pivotal role in dissecting and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes. The ideal candidate will come from a large consulting firm background, with a focus on process improvement and operations, and will have a proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing operational enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Improvement of Talent Acquisition Processes:
    • Analyze existing Talent Acquisition processes, identify pain points, and propose solutions for optimization.
    • Utilize data analysis to understand where processes are inefficient and develop strategies for improvement.
    • Rebuild processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Talent Acquisition Process Improvement:
    • Lead efforts to optimize Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
  3. Collaboration and Strategy Development:
    • Work closely with existing Talent Acquisition team members to develop strategies based on findings and recommendations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of process improvements.
  4. Documentation and Presentation:
    • Develop process documents and business process improvement workflows.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership on findings, recommendations, and changes.

Top Technical Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of total experience from a large consulting company.
  • Experience with process improvement and operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma background with certification

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Workday HCM.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI for report building
