Job Title:  Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Location: Pompano Beach
Work Authorization: USC/GC Holder
Job Type: 6 month contract to hire
Job Overview: The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will own the early stages of our sales cycle and be responsible for identifying prospects, increasing awareness/visibility of our recreational lighting solutions and initiating the sales process for the company’s product and service offerings.  The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating lead generation campaigns to those potential clients, following up on new leads and assisting the Sales team in closing leads for our Tweener lighting system operation.  You will also be closely involved in the operations aspects of our Tweener lighting initiative, providing administrative for importing lighting products from international suppliers. 
This is an entry level position and can lead to future positions in Marketing, Sales or Operations, depending on the candidate’s strengths, abilities and career objectives.
 Responsibilities:

  • Identify ideal prospects for our innovative lighting solutions within our database of 50K+ existing clients and prospects.
    • Identify key target markets / customers / buyers / influencers for Tweener and other products using the company database of current customers and searching for potential customers.
  • Identify potential marketing opportunities for Tweener and other products (advertising, partnerships, collaboration, trade shows, events).
  • Assist in executing customer engagement strategy, including creative, production and execution of lead generation campaigns such as Direct mail, Email and Events.
  • Help generate leads necessary to hit sales goals.
    • Send out Marketing materials to build awareness of our tennis lighting solutions.
    • Follow up on Marketing materials with calls and emails to gauge interest.
    • Follow up on inbound leads with discovery calls.
    • Contact potential customers prior to trade shows and showcase facility events.
    • Keep track of all leads in lead source tracking file
  • Follow up on outstanding leads and estimates to help convert into sales orders/invoices.
    • Call and email all outstanding leads and estimates that are created on a bi-weekly/monthly/ bi-monthly schedule.
    • Update Tweener sales and estimate tracking sheet on a weekly basis.
  • Optimize importing and exporting of Tweener systems.
    • Find a reliable carrier with a competitive price to ship systems to customers.
    • Find a reliable carrier with a competitive price to ship systems from NLX to our warehouse.
    • Organize and monitor all importing and exporting of Tweener systems.
  • Work with internal resources and external vendors to create and/or improve: Existing websites, Sales collateral, Public relations initiatives, Trade show presence.
