Job Title: Sr. Data Analyst (Digital Marketing)

Location: Miami, Florida – Dallas, Texas – Bentonville, Arkansas

Job-Type: Direct Hire

Summary of Position:
The Sr Analyst, Digital Marketing, supports marketing and digital analytics initiatives. The incumbent is an experienced strategic analyst with experience in maximizing marketing performance. The individual will play a key role in growing and sustaining world-class analytics function whose work directly influences the trajectory of the business.
This means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are bringing modern data and technology to in the real estate and home building space to change how we build and sell homes. Responsibilities:

  • Suggest and implement new ways to quantify the impact of our various digital marketing channels including Search, Social, and 3rd-party Publishers
  • Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders to support effective business decision-making
  • Implement a new multi-touch attribution model that enables the marketing teams to see the full impact of our digital marketing channels
  • Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting
  • Create and automate dashboards, reports, and other data tools to support the goals of Lennar’s growth team

 
Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, with exposure to both traditional and direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, involving data analysis and predictive modeling
  • You live in SQL and a few other useful tools of the data trade
  • Proactive, not reactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take in loose requirements, ask smart questions, and produce high-quality, actionable insights
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
