Job Title: Human Centered Change Consultant

LocationRemote – with once-a-month travel to Atlanta to meet with client.

Type: Contract – ASAP – 2/7/25

Salesforce Clouds Needed: Field Service, Sales, Service


  • Will be working with / reporting to a team of SF HCC managers.
  • Will to be customer facing, detailed oriented.
  • Will be responsible to help craft detailed Change Assessment in addition to other change activities.
  • Salesforce experience (platform knowledge) needed.
  • Working with screens and the end-user community.
  • Will be answering questions from users regarding Field Service, Sales, and Service Clouds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the ProServ Selling Experience.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Communication: Create and deliver clear and effective communication plans to keep all parties informed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • End-user support and advocacy: Provide ongoing end-user support and advocacy through periods of change, including answering questions, addressing concerns and fostering a positive attitude towards change.
  • Enablement: Provide input and curate enablement resources to ensure end user readiness.
  • Workshops, Targeted end-user events: Assist in organizing and facilitating end-user experience, change management workshops, demos, office hours etc.
