Job Title: Billing Administrator

Location: Remote

Job-Type: Contract

Position Overview:

Gravity is looking for a Billing Administrator to spearhead our client’s contract invoicing, purchase order, and billing related efforts.

The successful candidate will possess 2+ years’ experience in billing and contract invoicing. Comprehensive knowledge of contracts, purchase orders, and billing of customers is required.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Review contracts that are sent by customers and vendors, ensure accuracy, and enter into system

· Verify billing data accuracy and resolve any issues with good attention to detail

· Work in Excel to ensure that all contract, billing, and invoicing data is correctly entered into reports

· Produce invoices for customers and vendors, making sure they go out in a timely manner to support the team

· Manage contract files and records, including amendments and renewals

Required Experience & Skills:

· 2+ years of experience reviewing and working with contracts from external parties

· 2+ years of experience with basic Excel use

· 2+ years of experience leading invoicing process, renewing and opening contracts

· 2+ years of experience in billing, ensuring accuracy

· 2+ years of experience executing purchase orders
