Job Overview:
Employees in this role should implement and facilitate change management activities to enable the organization to own and effectively drive adoption, usage, and proficiency. This position is to ensure change management tactics and activities are completed, feedback is gathered, training is conducted, and communications are delivered in a timely way, in various formats and channels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- ??Engages all levels of the organization by developing and supporting the use of change management self-service tools, resources, and channels
- ??Partners with cross-functional teams to identify stakeholders impacted by the change and to implement change management plans including training, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- ??Understands how people journey through change, as well as the change process
- ??Utilizes knowledge of project management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life-cycle to help influence the change management plan
- ??Works with peers to support the execution of change management activities to help drive and facilitate user
adoption - ??Establishes and maintains trust, credibility and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, project managers, and end-users
- ??Uses data to drive the need for additional change management tactics
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
• High School Grad or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- ??Bachelor’s Degree
- ??Experience: 1+ year (change management experience )
- ??Change Management Practitioner Certification (Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP)
- ??Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification or highe
