Role Overview:

As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will oversee and guide the successful delivery of Salesforce-oriented projects within our organization. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:

  • Lead and manage Salesforce-based projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

• Scrum Master Duties:

  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support and coach the development team in Scrum practices, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure the team can work effectively.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with stakeholders, including clients, business units, and executive management, to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

• Salesforce Expertise:

  • Apply your Salesforce knowledge to guide project decisions and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to achieve project goals.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for project management and Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive future enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, CSM, or similar certification is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Salesforce-oriented projects, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
