A local client is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. The recruiter will be tasked with identifying high volume Industrial and Skilled Trade talent. This individual will have high visibility within the company and the manufacturing floor. While technological efficiencies are encouraged, many of the roles being recruited on will require high volume out bound calls and a level of accountability to results.
