Job Title: Sr. Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

Summary: Our client is seeking a Sr. Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to enhance their population health management environment. This role involves new build and optimization of Epic’s Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules, training end-users, and performing bi-yearly system upgrades.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize applications, workflows, and functionalities within Epic’s Healthy Planet and Compass Rose modules.
• Create panel metrics, manage care gap closures, build patient registries, and design care management workflows.
• Train doctors, nurses, and other end-users on new features and functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support and address user inquiries post-implementation.
• Collaborate with Epic’s consultants to execute bi-yearly system upgrades.
• Ensure smooth transitions and updates to the Epic system.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience Epic Analyst, with a focus on new build and optimization.
• Strong Healthy Planet experience with significant experience in new build (50%) and build optimization (50%), including panel metrics, care gap closures, patient registries, and care management workflows. Certification in Healthy Planet is required.
• Experience in Compass Rose including setting up data integration pipelines, developing custom reports, and configuring risk stratification models.
• Experience and certification in Epic Ambulatory is preferred
• Certification in Epic Compass Rose is preferred

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
