Job Title: Global Human Resources (GHR) Support Specialist

Position Summary:
Our expansive global organization is seeking an experienced Global Human Resources (GHR) Support Specialist to join our HR Support team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with global HR systems and a comprehensive understanding of international HR practices. This role is dedicated to resolving HR-related issues and supporting various HR functions across our global workforce, ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket Resolution: Manage and resolve incoming HR support tickets related to global HR functions via email and other internal communication channels. Aim to close 80% of tickets independently.
- Issue Investigation: Thoroughly investigate and diagnose the nature and severity of reported HR issues. Determine whether problems are isolated incidents or part of a broader, systemic issue.
- Global HR Processes: Utilize knowledge of global HR processes and policies to identify and resolve issues effectively. Understand various HR functions and compliance requirements across different regions.
- HR System Experience: Leverage experience with global HR systems to address and resolve issues specific to these tools.
- Root Cause Analysis: Analyze recurring HR problems to identify root causes and develop solutions. Test and verify solutions to ensure they comprehensively address the issues.
- Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the HR team or relevant departments as needed, ensuring detailed documentation and context for continued support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of ticket resolutions and investigations. Document patterns and common issues to assist in improving global HR support processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Hands-on experience with global HR systems and a strong understanding of international HR practices and policies.
- Tool Knowledge: Proficiency with HR systems or similar tools used for global HR management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and investigate complex HR issues.
- Support Experience: Prior experience in a support role, ideally within global HR, is highly desirable.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for documenting issues and providing clear, actionable information to the team.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tickets and priorities efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Healthcare System Knowledge: Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges of large healthcare systems (if applicable).
- Process Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing improvements based on issue analysis and root cause investigations.
