Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote

Job-Type: 12 month contract

Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).

The Creative Services team is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to help manage our fast-growing pipelines. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, from initial submission to final delivery. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities
· Coordinate project submission and document ingestion with client, organizing and reviewing files to identify missing assets, and requesting additional materials as needed
· Oversee project hand-off to our 3D vendor partners, serving as liaison between vendor and client as needed
· Submit 3D product asset build requests, leveraging inventory and monitoring SLA completion
· Track and respond to client feedback, ensuring timely, comprehensive, and professional responses within SLA
· Identify any potential bottlenecks and respond proactively
· Monitor and track progress across projects to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality
· Conduct client trainings to get new builders acclimated with our internal builder portal
· Review project plans and submission checklist to determine project scope and document in pipeline report
Flex Responsibilities
· Perform quality control on digital models prepared by 3D artist to ensure adherence to project requirements and quality standards
· Work closely with project managers to support throughput at target volumes, assisting with various pipeline tasks from intake to final delivery of rendered assets and virtual tours 
· Familiarity with architectural plans and specifications, and the ability to read such documents (Cad drawings, specifications, etc), with the purpose of translating them into 3D modeling and texturing requirements
· Experience liaising with clients, tracking and responding to feedback, and translating that feedback into action
· Ability to coordinate work with remote teams asynchronously, and in different time zones
· Tech savvy, proficiency in the Microsoft suite
· Excellent written communication skills
· Natural ability to collaborate with teams across the organization and thrives in a dynamic, performance oriented, fast paced environment
