Job Title: M&A Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid or Remote)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead critical projects focused on technology integration within a clinical applications environment. This role will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, working closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage technology integration projects related to M&A activities, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular updates and detailed project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and compliance with organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing M&A projects, specifically focusing on technology integration.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment, demonstrating high levels of self-motivation and accountability.
