Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Remote (CST)
Position Type: Contract (1 year) 

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT project management and infrastructure and software implementations, with a particular focus on Microsoft products and large-scale, complex software systems. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work effectively with business stakeholders in both the IT and Healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP-PMI Certification required.
• At least three years of related experience in IT project management or software implementations, specifically in a project manager role.
• Experience with implementing Microsoft products such as OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dynamics, Exchange, InTune, and Azure AD.
• Experience with large, complex software implementations preferred, e.g., Workday, ServiceNow.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders in the IT and Healthcare industries.
• Thorough understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with project management tools, methodologies, and related technology.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, drive results, solve problems, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
• High emotional intelligence, confidence, and a proactive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional enterprise-level software and systems.
• Advanced certifications in project management or related fields.
• Experience in a healthcare IT environment.
