Job Description

– Identify, gather, and write business and functional requirements. Break features down into user stories and acceptance criteria.

· Complete ownership of product backlog, including grooming and prioritization.

· Identify and surface gaps in requirements, cross team and department dependencies and coordination needs, and risks to implementations; work with the right stakeholders to mitigate risks.

· Attend meetings, kickoffs and work sessions with stakeholders to ensure solid grasp of the organizational vision, intent of features and value to be delivered to our stakeholders.

· Ensure requirements and assumptions are documented and user stories are prepared for release planning of features. Actively participate in release planning.

· Responsible for user story acceptance in the sprint; verify all of the user acceptance criteria has been met and the implementation matches the intent of the user story.

· Educate stakeholders on scrum and agile best practices. Negotiate priorities and timelines across stakeholder groups.

· Work with QA and leadership to document test cases, organize and lead UAT sessions.

requirements:

· 3-5 years of Business Analysis and Product Ownership work experience with active experience in both waterfall and agile environments and with Scrum methodology.

· Preferred experience with Rally, Jira or similar
