Position Title: Business Analyst
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3-months to hire)
Work Location: Juno Beach, FL
Onsite Work Requirement: 100% onsite, 5 days per week


This individual will act as a bridge between technical innovation and business needs, working directly with a specific business unit to address pain points and introduce AI-driven solutions.

  • Business Process Analysis: Basic Agile/PM/BA skills are required, including proficiency in tools like Jira and Agile methodologies. The role involves gathering requirements from leadership and translating them for developers.
  • AI and Emerging Technologies: The individual will work within the existing AI framework, which they will learn and build upon.
  • Background Requirements: A technical BA background is essential—preferably someone with experience in SDLC or in building AI solutions, MVPs, or POCs.
  • Ideal Candidate: The team seeks individuals eager to learn and innovate, avoiding senior resources who may resist new ideas.

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will collaborate with business unit leaders to identify opportunities for AI integration, analyze and document business processes, and assist in rolling out AI-driven solutions. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and innovative thinking.
Responsibilities:

  • Task 1 (40%): Engage with business unit leaders to understand pain points and identify AI opportunities.
    • Key Ingredients: Stakeholder management, analytical skills, and technical AI knowledge.
  • Task 2 (30%): Document and analyze business processes to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
    • Key Ingredients: Process mapping, technical insight, and collaboration.
  • Task 3 (30%): Oversee and assist in the rollout of AI solutions within business units.
    • Key Ingredients: Project management, change management, and technical leadership.

Technical Skill Qualifications:
Top 3 Required Skills:

  1. Business Process Analysis and Documentation
    • Experience: 5+ years.
  2. Knowledge of AI and Emerging Technologies
    • Experience: 3+ years (interest in AI and willingness to learn professionally is acceptable).
  3. Stakeholder Engagement and Trust-Building
    • Experience: 3-5 years.
