What you’ll be doing:

• Execute an outcome driven data strategy for foundational data. Own the design and implementation of foundational data products.
• Define the roadmap for foundational data products aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Apply product thinking to data to provide the right capabilities to the business at the right time.
• Work closely with technology to translate requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback throughout the data product development lifecycle.
• Lead data product demonstrations, user acceptance testing, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for foundational data products, providing guidance and support to business, technology, and other stakeholders.

Experience and skills we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with 10 years of industry experience.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role with focus on data.
• Knowledge of asset management or investment domain.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Critical thinker with strong interest in problem solving.
• Ability to influence others and lead change.
• Ability to adapt within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and desire to work on multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of one or more of these tools: data mastering, data cataloguing, order management systems, accounting book of record.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software development tools
