Employment Type: Full-Time – Hybrid (onsite 3 days/week – Tues thru Thurs)

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Technology Strategy to play a key role in shaping the long-term vision and direction of our organization. This individual will collaborate across multiple business segments—including technology, payments, corporate strategy, and budget management—to synthesize complex information and craft compelling narratives for executive leadership, steering committee, the board, and other key stakeholders.
This role requires an exceptional communicator who can seamlessly translate business strategies into actionable technology roadmaps. The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments, demonstrates executive presence in meeting rooms, and excels at storytelling, data visualization, and strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Storytelling:
  • Analyze and synthesize information from diverse business units and technology teams to develop cohesive, compelling presentations.
  • Create strategic narratives that effectively communicate the vision, goals, and long-term direction to senior leadership and board members.
  • Collaboration Across Segments:
  • Partner with stakeholders across business functions, including technology, payments, corporate finance, and product teams, to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Build presentations and strategic plans that incorporate insights from multiple perspectives to drive informed decision-making.
  • Presentation & Data Visualization:
  • Leverage tools such as PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and other dashboard solutions to create visually impactful presentations.
  • Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data in an accessible and actionable format.
  • Technology & Vision Alignment:
  • Assess current products, services, and functions to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
  • Contribute to the formulation of long-term technology and business strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, ensuring their priorities and goals are reflected in strategic outputs.
  • Facilitate executive discussions with clarity, confidence, and an ability to manage challenging questions.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in technology strategy, corporate strategy, or a related field.
    • Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations that drive business outcomes.
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated executive presence in high-stakes environments.
    • Experience building dashboards and creating data-driven stories using advanced tools.
    • Ability to think strategically, with a long-term vision for business and technology alignment.
    • Payments industry experience
