Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Contract, 12 Months)

Location: Remote from LATAM (No Argentina, Cuba, or Venezuela)

Type: 12 month Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join our growing team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in building and improving software products, including an EHR platform and other digital solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on coder, a strong collaborator, and a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development (70%): Write code across the stack (50% front-end, 50% back-end) to develop new features and improve existing software products.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting (15%): Identify and resolve code issues to ensure seamless functionality.
• Code Review & Mentorship (15%): Review code and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
• Team Collaboration: Participate in daily standups (10 AM Eastern) and work closely with a distributed team.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years in full-stack development with an even split between front-end and back-end.
• Strong, recent development skills in Node.js, React, TypeScript
• Well equipped in AWS, preferably with cloud-native apps.
• Experienced in Graph SQL
• Experienced in PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience developing microservices and working with event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with queue technologies like SQS or similar.
• Exposure to observability tools for troubleshooting.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Prisma ORM.
