1. 1. Operational Technology (OT)/Industrial Control System (ICS) cybersecurity and/or engineering or similar expertise.
      1. General knowledge of a typical Distributive Control System (DCS) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)
      2. Knowledge of the latest standard practices for communication protocols and browser technologies
      3. Knowledge of third-party datalink protocols (Modbus, DNP, ABPLC), that interface to the DCS Control Systems
   2. Ability to function as a consultant to other technical groups (IT, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance etc.) groups on cybersecurity matters as a recognized expert and to lead cross-functional teams in making sound risk-based decisions.
   3. Performs Cyber Vulnerability Assessment (CVA) activities.
   4. Participates in and conduct detailed Engineering Change (EC) reviews through a cyber risk lens.
   5. Functions as qualified cyber security assessment team member and support review of items presented.
   6. Develops/maintains relevant cyber security processes and procedures.
   7. Performs and maintains departmental Self Assessments (SAs) summary descriptions, narratives, controls, and governing documents.
   8. Possesses at a minimum, a working technical knowledge of cybersecurity, as well as industry trends.
   9. Participates, when assigned, in Nuclear Oversight & Support (NOS) organization for audit related activities.
