Travel Requirement: Up to 20% travel

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and redefine our Jiva Product team. This role will focus on optimizing Jiva’s capabilities, reconfiguring workflows, and supporting care management needs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Jiva, a strong understanding of payer/provider workflows, and the ability to lead and develop a team. This position requires a hands-on approach to analyzing and enhancing the product while driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Optimization
  • Oversee and guide the Jiva product team of four, evaluating team structure and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the right talent is in place to enhance team efficiency and performance.
  • Serve as a functional leader, providing vision and direction for the team’s activities.
  • Product Strategy and Redefinition
  • Lead efforts to redefine and optimize Jiva workflows to better align with care management needs.
  • Analyze Jiva’s current capabilities and develop strategies to maximize its value for the organization.
  • Provide hands-on support for product evaluation, workflow reconfiguration, and team alignment during the initial six months.
  • Project Management
  • Oversee the rollout of Jiva to new and mid-Atlantic markets, ensuring timely delivery over the next six months.
  • Drive re-engineering and reconfiguration of Jiva workflows to meet workforce care-management needs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to explore and define Jiva capabilities that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with leadership to reduce the business’s burden of capability exploration and product definition.
  • Technical and Functional Expertise
  • Utilize deep knowledge of Jiva to manage reporting, configurations, and integrations effectively.
  • Evaluate technical capabilities, including integrations with EMR/EHR systems, and recommend best practices.
  • Leverage understanding of clinical workflows, payer/provider dynamics, and healthcare environments to inform product strategy.
  • Leadership Development
  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach to troubleshooting and project delivery, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with Jiva, with expertise of both the functional and technical aspects such as workflows, reporting, configurations, and integrations.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, payer-side processes, and technical capabilities such as EMR/EHR integrations.
    • Hands-on experience in workflow reconfiguration, product rollouts, and driving operational improvements.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to make strategic plans and product changes

    Preferred but Not Required:

    • Experience implementing Jiva.
    • Background in healthcare with knowledge of clinical/provider environments.
    • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
