HIT Project Manager Job Description
Location: Remote (HQ in Knoxville, TN)
Job Type: Contract

Position Overview
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a dynamic environment. This role involves overseeing projects within the EDA team, focusing on resource management, project planning, and process refinement. Candidates should excel in hybrid agile/waterfall methodologies, demonstrate flexibility, and have a proactive approach to fostering team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans in collaboration with team leads, based on hourly estimations.
• Manage resources to optimize efficiency and meet project objectives.
• Adapt to evolving processes and operate effectively in areas of ambiguity.
• Contribute to building a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Support the transition to Workday for HCM reporting, specifically within EDA.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proven experience with hybrid agile/waterfall project management.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools.
• Interest or experience in fostering team relationships and enhancing workplace culture.
