Overview
The Senior MDG Developer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Master Data Governance (MDG) systems. Will be responsible for analyzing defects, identifying root causes, implementing standardization, and developing effective fixes to resolve issues. The expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of the MDG processes.

Responsibilities

• Defect Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of defects to identify root causes and patterns.
• Root Cause Identification: Utilize advanced techniques to determine the underlying causes of defects and data inconsistencies.
• Standardization: Develop and implement standardization protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in MDG processes.
• Fix Development: Design, develop, and implement fixes to address identified root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance MDG processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of defect analysis, root cause findings, standardization protocols, and implemented fixes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of MDG solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and end-users on MDG best practices and solutions.

Skills:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MDG tools and technologies, SAP MDG, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in MDG or related fields are a plus.
