Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior .NET Developer to join our client’s team for a 6-month remote contract. In this role, you will work closely with experienced developers to enhance and maintain their web applications, contribute to both front-end and back-end development, and ensure robust, scalable, and secure solutions are delivered to improve the quality of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET/C#, JavaScript frameworks, and SQL Server.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and enhance front-end user interfaces using JavaScript (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Interact with the backend systems and APIs to ensure smooth and effective integration.
  • Assist in ensuring application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Contribute to the development of new features in alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for new and existing projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Proficiency in .NET/C# and developing web applications.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database design.
  • Basic understanding of AWS services and cloud computing.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with AWS and cloud-based application development.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and development practices.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry applications (a plus).
