Job Title: Commission Analyst
Location: Lowell, MA (2-3 days onsite)

Overview:
The Commission Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing commission data to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees. This role involves working with automated commission systems, such as Varicent, to support a global payee base. The Commission Analyst will collaborate with various teams to maintain data accuracy, resolve reporting issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements. Strong proficiency in Excel and attention to detail are essential, as the role requires regular reporting and analysis to support business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage data in the Varicent commission system to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
- Take ownership of data entry and employee payouts, supporting a global team of 2,400 payees.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient commission processing.
- Complete necessary training and apply best practices to improve system setup and payment workflows.
- Identify HR reporting issues, collaborating with appropriate resources to implement corrections or adjustments.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis using Excel to support process improvements and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with automated commission systems in medium to large companies is preferred.
