Position Overview
The Intune MDM Analyst will be responsible for the administration, development, and management of Intune MDM policies, profiles and devices. This role will support the MDM efforts in the creation of new user profiles, app packaging, and security policies using best practice.  The Intune MDM Analyst will also create and maintain knowledge documents for support teams and assist with large project work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with specific Intune MDM (Android and Apple) administration and development for large project work or management. 
• Experience in configuration and implementation of user profiles for both Android and Apple. 
• Experience in configuration and implementation of MDM security policies and app packaging for both Android and Apple

Duties and Responsibilities

• Intune MDM Administration and Development
• Administer and develop Intune MDM policies.
• Manage device enrollments and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Creation and updating of current profiles
• Ensure environment meets standards and best practices
• Knowledge Documentation 
• Create, develop, and maintain knowledge documents for support teams.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Project Support 
• Assist with large project work and management.
• Coordinate with project managers and scrum masters for updates.
