Position Overview
The Intune Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Intune deployments to enhance the company’s device management capabilities, starting with the transition to Windows 11.  This role involves ensuring secure access to organizational resources, integrating Intune with existing systems, and providing training and support to IT staff and end-users.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and Planning: Identify pain points and develop a tailored Intune architecture to address global requirements, including device management, app deployment, compliance policies, and security configurations1.
• Complex Integration: Seamlessly integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services like Azure Active Directory, Endpoint Protection, and Conditional Access, creating a unified security posture1.
• Migration Expertise: Guide the transition process, minimizing disruption and ensuring data integrity.
• Cost Optimization: Design efficient Intune deployments, helping to minimize licensing costs and resource utilization1.
• User Training and Support: Provide training for IT staff and end-users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support for Intune-related issues1.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) policies.
• Proven ability to integrate Intune with other Microsoft 365 services.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to design and implement custom configurations and policies to meet specific business needs.
