Job Title: Integrations Technical Product Manager
Job Type: Long term contract

Job Description: 
The Integrations Technical Product Manager is responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the integration of various systems and applications within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving integration issues, and ensuring seamless communication between different software platforms. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for system integration issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Collaborate with software developers, IT staff, and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and objectives.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
  • Monitor integration processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Document integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of integration-related policies and procedures.
  • Create secure space for functional accounts, etc.
  • Operationally governing and program managing integrations for ERP environment(s)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in system integration, technical support, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and protocols (e.g., APIs, CI, BTP, web services, XML, JSON, and Postman).
  • Experience with integration platforms and tools (e.g., Globalscape, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Microsoft Azure Logic Apps).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and SQL is a plus.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
