Job Description

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of AI Strategy & Implementation to drive AI transformation across IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing. This role will be responsible for identifying AI opportunities, managing implementation, and fostering a culture of AI adoption through training, collaboration, and cross-functional engagement.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong technical and business acumen, capable of both strategic vision and execution. As the company is in the early stages of AI adoption, this individual will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s AI journey, ensuring measurable business impact, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Roadmap

• Develop and execute a company-wide AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Define AI priorities and implementation plans to maximize operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• Partner with IT, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing leaders to identify AI opportunities and drive adoption.
• Act as a strategic advisor, educating stakeholders on AI capabilities and best practices.

AI Implementation & Innovation

• Research, evaluate, and deploy AI tools and automation technologies to improve decision-making and business operations.
• Lead pilot programs and scale successful AI initiatives across the organization.

Culture, Training & Change Management

• Foster an AI-first mindset by designing training programs, workshops, and best practices for employees at all levels.
• Drive cultural transformation to encourage AI adoption and innovation.

AI Use Case Development & Execution

• Identify, develop, and prioritize AI use cases with practical and scalable applications.
• Ensure AI solutions drive measurable business outcomes such as cost savings, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

Technology Evaluation & Governance

• Assess AI vendors, tools, and platforms to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Work closely with IT and compliance teams to establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, and data security measures.

Performance Measurement & Optimization

• Define key AI adoption metrics and success indicators for ongoing evaluation.
• Continuously refine AI strategies based on data-driven insights and business impact.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or data-driven business strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing AI projects from concept to execution, working across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, or a related industry is preferred.
• Technical & Business Skills:
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, automation, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cultural transformation and AI adoption in organizations with low AI maturity.
• Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel internationally, with an estimated 20% travel requirement.
