Receptionist / Front-Desk
Location: Sunrise, FL (On-Site)
Shift: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (1-hour lunch)
Job Summary
As the Receptionist, you will play a key role in the Global Workplace Services team, ensuring an exceptional office experience at our Weston, FL Headquarters and Sunrise, FL office. We are seeking an energetic, highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and excels at supporting a diverse workplace. This role is fully on-site across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Issue and manage visitor badges.
- Maintain copy machines and printers.
- Manage iOffice ticketing system.
- Oversee large conference room bookings.
- Coordinate catering for large meetings and events.
- Support and update the Workplace Services SharePoint site.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure office spaces and conference rooms are clean and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with security as needed.
- Receive and distribute mail.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with CMMS operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs.
- Willingness to travel between Weston and Sunrise office locations (approximately 10 minutes apart).
