Job Title: HR Communications Specialist
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Communications Specialist to join their team on a 3-month contract basis. This individual will partner closely with Internal Communications managers to support various communication and event initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering engagement and connection within an organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Message Development: Collaborate with Internal Communications managers to craft clear, engaging, and aligned messages that resonate with employees.
- Event and Meeting Support: Assist in planning and executing internal events and meetings, including managing rehearsals, message development, and logistical coordination to ensure seamless execution.
- Content Editing and Publishing: Oversee the editing and publishing of content across various employee communication tools, such as the intranet, digital signage, and email platforms.
- Newsletter Creation: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of internal newsletters aimed at informing and engaging employees.
- Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support for Internal Communications initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills, with an ability to convey messages clearly and effectively.
- High attention to detail, ensuring that content is polished and aligns with internal communication goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with various teams.
- Experience with editing and publishing content on digital platforms is a plus.
- Proactive and adaptable, with a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment.
Additional Information:
- This position is fully remote; however, candidates local to the Plantation, FL office have the option to work hybrid, 2-3 days per week in-office.
- Contract duration: 3-months
