Job Title: SAP Project Manager – S/4 HANA Implementation
Location: Miami, FL (On-Site)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. The role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management: Lead the SAP S/4 HANA implementation, develop project plans, and track progress. Ensure the project stays on time and within scope.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and ensure effective collaboration.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for business and technical teams, aligning the project with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring SAP best practices and industry standards are followed.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and allocate resources effectively.
• Post-Implementation Support: Ensure smooth post-implementation transitions and provide necessary training.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; SAP S/4 HANA certification is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in SAP project management, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Proficient in SAP project management methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oil and Gas Industry Experience
• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
