Job Title: Workday Change Management Advisor
Location: Hybrid (Remote with monthly travel to Tampa, FL)
Job Type: Contract

Overview & Duties/ Responsibilities
The Change Advisor will work with the Change Management Lead to champion the human side of change as part of the implementation of a full-cycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role will leverage knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools to help develop and implement a strategy to support stakeholder engagement and adoption of changes. This includes conducting and analyzing the results of impact analyses and change readiness assessments to enhance preparedness for the change. The Change Advisor will identify people risks and will provide strategies to mitigate or address resistance. This role will help create change agent network materials and will work with functional leads to ensure alignment on topics and materials to be presented at change sessions. This Change Advisor will partner with Strategic Communications, Marketing, and Training Leads to assist with the design and execution of communication and training plans. The Change Advisor will develop sustainment plans and will help equip leaders to drive change.
Required Experience and Skills
- 5 years of commensurate experience in Organizational Development or a related field or a Master’s degree and 3 year of experience
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts such as implementing an ERP system (e.g., Workday).
- Knowledge of Organizational Development theories and understanding of application of Organizational Development practices and tools
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify root-causes
- Knowledge of team dynamics
- Measurement and analytical skills necessary to gather, interpret and present data and to make appropriate recommendations for action

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
