Job Title: Salesforce Senior Developer

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite – 5 days per week)

Job Summary:
As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), along with strong integration, DevOps, and quality assurance knowledge, will drive the success of Salesforce initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure scalable, high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using LWC and LWR.
  • Work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement integration strategies between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Design data models, business logic, and user interfaces in Salesforce.
  • Ensure scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers.
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in LWC, LWR, Apex, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration in a team environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or higher preferred).

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
