Job Title: Technical Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite – 5 days per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Salesforce Business Analyst & Scrum Master to lead and manage Salesforce platform projects. This dual role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and agile project management practices. The successful candidate will act as both a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team while facilitating agile methodologies as a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce platform-related projects.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Lead the analysis and solution design phases of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure the development team adheres to agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, progress, and challenges.
• Maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirements, and test plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures related to Salesforce projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce platform-related projects.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Scrum Master, preferably in a dual role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
• Experience with agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Scrum Master, are a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with governance-related projects and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other project management software.
• Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL skills.
