Job Title: Systems Analyst – SCM
Location: Hybrid- Knoxville (4 days onsite)
Type: Contract
Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Analyst with experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems to support a large-scale ERP environment. This role acts as the bridge between business teams and technology, focusing on data flows, integrations, and implementing new functionality in the Oracle SCM portfolio. The position is tech-heavy, ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do:

Serve as a technical liaison between business units and IT

Document, refine, and translate business requirements into functional specs

Analyze and map system data flows and integrations

Support product development efforts by making system/data changes
-
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Participate in testing, validation, and user acceptance efforts
-
Recommend process improvements and help roll out new features
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

Experience documenting system integrations and technical workflows

Ability to turn business needs into technical requirements

Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Nice to Have:

Background in supply chain or manufacturing

Experience with change management and user training

Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar platforms

Exposure to process mapping, system design, or cost-saving initiatives
-
Accounting or finance knowledge is a plus
