Job Title: Trade Support Analyst 
Location: Remote
Type: Direct Hire

Overview: 
We’re seeking a Trade Support Analyst with deep experience in trading systems, financial markets, and technical troubleshooting. This role serves as a bridge between technology and business—supporting live trading operations, identifying and resolving system issues, and ensuring continuous platform performance and reliability.

You’ll work closely with trade desks, order execution teams, and developers to manage incidents, monitor system health, test new releases, and contribute to platform enhancements.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first line of response for trading and system functionality issues from internal teams and clients
• Document and track production support items in Jira through detailed user stories
• Develop expertise in proprietary trading systems and related back-office tools
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to troubleshoot, test, and enhance system functionality
• Actively monitor production environments and resolve incidents to maintain uptime
• Lead daily market open calls to ensure system readiness
• Validate software releases before production deployment
• Conduct monthly compliance testing on order execution systems
• Create and maintain thorough system documentation and knowledge bases
• Write and execute T-SQL queries for diagnostic and reporting purposes
• Provide off-hours and on-call support rotation as needed
• Deliver user training and help resolve application issues
• Support change management and incident resolution workflows
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiency

What You Bring

• Proven experience in financial trading or brokerage environments
• Strong knowledge of AWS, client/server systems, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, UDP, and general network protocols
• Excellent analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience with C++, C#, .NET, and Visual Studio
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or VBScript
• Exposure to software testing and validation practices
• Experience using AI tools for process automation is a strong plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years working with Microsoft technologies (SQL Server, .NET, or C++)
• 3+ years supporting real-time or trading systems
