Job Title:  Contract Technical Recruiter
Location:  Great SLC area, UT (onsite)
Job-Type:  Contract
Salary Range:  $45 – $60/hr.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) who can immediately step in and own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles in a fast-moving environment. This role requires a hands-on, experienced recruiter who knows how to actively find talent, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver results quickly.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Technology and Product roles, including:
• Product Managers
• Product Owners
• Digital & Technology roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders; confidently lead intake sessions and provide market guidance
• Proactively source and engage candidates (not just screen inbound applicants)
• Manage requisitions end-to-end in Workday ATS
• Drive urgency and accountability to meet or beat an aggressive time to fill target

Required Experience & Skills:

• Senior-level Technical Recruiter with proven contract experience
• Recent, hands-on experience using Workday as an ATS (no training ramp available)
• Demonstrated success recruiting in Technology and Product domains
• Strong experience in high-volume recruiting environments that require active sourcing and talent mapping
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable influencing and advising stakeholders
• Ability to hit aggressive hiring timelines and operate with a sense of urgency

• Recruiters who thrive without relying on big-brand inbound applicant flow
• Experience in environments where sourcing, networking, and outreach are critical to success
