Title: Azure Integration Developer
Location: Charlotte, NC | 3 days a week onsite 

We’re looking for an Azure Integration Developer with an SRE mindset to build, deploy, and operate reliable integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. This is a hybrid dev/ops role requiring both coding expertise and operational depth in Azure.

What you’ll do

Design and build cloud-native integrations using Azure Functions, Event Grid, Service Bus, and Logic Apps

Develop scalable APIs and integration patterns connecting applications, partners, and legacy systems

Configure and manage APIM — policies, security (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD/Entra ID), traffic routing, and lifecycle management via ARM/Bicep

Design Service Bus messaging architectures — queues, topics, dead-lettering, and high-throughput async patterns

Apply SRE principles — automation, observability, error budgeting — to reduce toil and ensure high availability

Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack, provide on-call support, and document runbooks and architecture

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, APIM, and Logic Apps

Proficiency in C#/.NET; JavaScript/TypeScript a plus

Strong grasp of async messaging patterns and distributed systems

Experience with ARM/Bicep, Azure governance, and security best practices

SRE or platform engineering background — monitoring, incident response, reliability tooling
