Job Title: ServiceNow IRM (GRC) Implementation Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Job-Type: Contract (3 Months)

Employment Eligibility: Gravity cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer directly (we are not open to contract or “corp to corp” agreements).

Role Overview:
Seeking a hands-on ServiceNow IRM (formerly GRC) Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module. This is a 3-month remote contract supporting a new IRM deployment within an existing, mature ServiceNow environment. The consultant will serve as the technical SME, working alongside the client’s Security/PM resource, who will manage policies and business requirements, while the consultant is responsible for configuring, building, and implementing the module.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow IRM (GRC) module
• Configure and build the IRM module within a cloned ServiceNow instance
• Perform hands-on configuration and development as needed
• Create and manage stories/tasks within ServiceNow
• Build and manage update sets
• Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to migrate update sets into production
• Provide technical guidance to the Security/PM resource throughout implementation
• Ensure the solution follows ServiceNow best practices with minimal oversight

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing ServiceNow IRM (formerly GRC)
• Completed multiple (2–3+) IRM/GRC implementations
• Strong hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience
• Experience creating and managing update sets
• Experience working within existing enterprise ServiceNow environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance
• Comfortable collaborating with architects and functional stakeholders
• ServiceNow consulting background (preferred)
• Experience implementing IRM in large enterprise ServiceNow instances (preferred)
• ServiceNow IRM/GRC certifications are a plus (preferred)
