Job Title: Access Control Specialist
Location: Weston, FL – onsite M-F
Job Type: 1 year contract

Job Description: Do you have a passion for security and enjoy working with people? If so, Ultimate has a job opportunity for you as a Physical Security Operations Coordinator (“Access Control Specialist”). We are looking for a customer service focused individual who is comfortable working with a wide range of personnel to process badge requests and security support. This individual will serve as a liaison between employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors to ensure all parties are aware of our company’s access control policies and procedures. In addition, this individual will also assist with arranging and/or providing security support for company events.
- Process badge requests and update badge tracking system
- Respond to queries related to badge requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate and process the rollout of our badge rebranding effort
- Troubleshoot badge issues
- Assist in creating, modifying and maintaining badge related documents
- Track badge information for metrics purposes, to include, but not limited to, number of badges replaced, issued and length of time it takes to issue badges
- Process and create photos for badges
- Issue employee, vendor, contractor, and visitor badges
- Manage badge supply inventory and order new supplies as required
- Coordinate badge requirements with the Orientation and Internship Programs
- Provide guidance related to badge and visitor policies and procedure

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
Must possess one or more of the following:
- Minimum one (1) year of experience operating a badging/access control system
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a security administrative role
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating Microsoft Office applications
- Prior work experience in customer service
- Prior work experience in security
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a badging/access control system and/or in a security administrative role
- Experience collecting, gathering and analyzing metrics data
Location: 2700 S Commerce Pkwy, Weston, FL 33331, Fully Onsite Monday to Friday
Duration: 1 year contract + extension possible
