Job Summary

This individual will come in to assist a major digital transformation project after finishing a merger a few years ago. The role will be responsible for trying to update systems and create efficiencies from existing infrastructure. The project will work in tandem with our client's cloud implementation project. The role will need experience working with C Suite executives as well as stakeholders within the organization in investments, data, operations, an technology. Highly collaborative individual who has the ability to work across multiple departments to drive efficiency in the change of systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Supervises execution of activities related to organizational change management and end user readiness
  • Manages resolution of potential organizational obstacles
  • Communicates and educates stakeholders on progress, objectives, and requirements to include a means by which to evaluate and ensure organizational readiness
  • Works with process teams to ensure that new design elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into end user training content
  • Perform/assess change impact analysis identifying potential project impacts/risks
  • Complete overall change management assessment
  • Identify and anticipate organizational challenges and/or resistance; develop risk mitigation plan
  • Manage change management activities
  • Partner with Communication’s team to ensure that new process and technology elements are being appropriately communicated to the organization
  • Coordinates the change network responsible for communicating the change into the organization

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Prosci or other change management framework preferred
  • BA/ BS and 4+ years project management experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
